UPDATE: the manager Matthew made this right, above and beyond. I’ll be coming back in the future. Attempted to get an oil change but apparently 4 hours isn’t enough time for that task. Dropped my truck off at noon, explicitly told them I needed to pick up no later than 4 and was told it would definitely be ready by then. Called at 3:45 since I didn’t get a call. They hadn’t even started. Can’t get good service unless you sit there and micromanage them I guess. They gave me a $25 gift certificate with someone else’s name on it… thanks I guess?
